We will make every effort to locate your wounded trophy. It will be the guide’s decision when your hunt will resume.

A 50% non-refundable deposit per hunter represents a reservation of space that is, unavailable to other hunters. A $1000 deposit per hunter is due for future bookings beyond one, year. No refunds are allowed AFTER you have successfully drawn for a license/tag. There shall, be no refund or prorating due to inclement weather nor if for any other reason beyond the, control of HFGS, or if the hunter shall be denied hunting opportunity, due to unsafe reasons before or during the hunt. If a sportsman is unwilling the abide by all, terms of this agreement and rules, then at sole discretion of HFGS,, the hunter shall be asked to leave and the hunt cancelled with no refund. HFGS is not responsible for changes in license fees, hunt dates, or any other changes made, by the Oregon Fish and Game Department while you are participating in your hunt.
